I’m actually in the process of making these this afternoon and I had to add a lot more powdered sugar to make the icing thicker than what the instructions say. Getting advice from my mom and my sis who both bake more than I do said to add a whole 32oz bag instead of just 2 cups. And the recipe on the webpage also called for sifting the icing sugar which is unnecessary. Just a little tip for anyone else making these this fall season!

For those who are confused *Apple Cider is non-alcoholic in North America.* Hard cider/hard apple cider is the same thing but alcoholic :)

For North Americans who are confused, I'm pretty sure were the only ones who have this distinction lol so everyone else in the world was waiting for the alcohol in the recipe

In the US, apple cider is unfiltered apple juice. It’s only alcoholic if you leave it in the fridge too long. Which I do. On purpose.

At 9:41 when they add the brown sugar and dark ingredients, youd expect it to become more of a brown tint. But like a second later, instead of becoming more brown, it becomes more noticably whiter
