I'm in a serious relationship, and very happy. How can I get rid of guys who hit on me on facebook? I don't want to delete them because there is a long history there. We went to the same private boarding school, and university. I like them as friends - nothing more.

I do not post a bunch of selfies, or provocative pictures. I do not flirt with them. I have given them NO indication that I would ever want anything further. In fact, I have clearly told them that I don't!! I have told them all that I am in a serious relationship, but they won't leave me alone. I do not plaster my significant other's picture all over facebook, because he doesn't like social media/ the internet. I understand that completely. I had quite a few pictures up on facebook, and then I had guys all steal copies of them, and show me/ brag about it, so I took them all down except for two shots.

I don't want to lose these friendships - because we are so entwined with other mutual friends - yet I am seriously questioning how much of a friendship there is, if these men will not leave me alone, and respect my boundaries/ my relationship. I am also wondering how much of it is even about me anymore? Is it just some sort of ego-gratifying conquest? I doubt anyone but them can answer that, if they even know. I am seriously getting frustrated. Any time that I go on facebook to comment on, or "like" something, they are instantly private messaging me! It makes me feel hunted/ stalked....and I hate this. I have muted the private message notifications. I now limit my posting to exclude them, which I don't want to do!

I wish that they would just leave me alone, and let me live my life in peace! Please help. Do you have any suggestions?
