how do I color them, so I can make complete green, late as red, etc, ( coloring the cell not the letters).

Just 'why'? 1) there are so many Open Source cost free project management tools out there that do this 100 times easier. 2) Why don't you use the table funtionality of Excel but do all the table layout manually? 3) Why don't you use pivot function for evaluaion but the filter function of the data table itself?
