It could also be too that if you’re in UK well I know it rains a lot in is cloudy so you have low vitamin D so yeah you’re gonna get depressed or lonely or irritable but you should check your vitamin D levels that will solve a lot of problems

Thanks for sharing, I've been there too and is overcoming. I also think that knowing like-minded people in your area can heal and improve such situation, I am trying not to hide myself that often and am getting know some new friends 🤞🏻🙏🏼
