They put Vel Koz in Op Tier Support
He's D Tier on Lolalytics in every Elo, right below Singed Support. And these buffs wont get him from D to OP Tier. Also: Don't Play Vel Koz first time even if he is in OP Tier. That Champ is incredibly hard to make useful, especially when you're in lower elo with lower quality gameplay. It might be Op in Azzapps hands but it will be C Tier at best for every player below diamond or master

Vel'koz win rate heavily skewed due to Azzapp being an absolute crazy man with a +60% win rate so don't expect the same results in your own game.

Ashe attacks don't allways crit, she crits like every champion BUT instead of dealing extra damage it increases the slow of the passive

Aphelios with Yuntal could be great considering how his guns work and how many attacks you can get off from red, white and blue q's all applying multiple autos of the offhand. If Yuntal stacks how it should, Aph could get full stacks by his 2nd gun rotation after buying the item. Could be mental.

I expect arrows to be a must buy. Literally yesterday I was talking with my mates and we agreed that crit adcs need attack speed, ad and crit. This will be the ONLY item providing all three.

Kai'sa has been consistently nerfed to the ground duringg the last patches, changes to a few items and a direct nerf has made her win rate very bad, like 47%

I think the base AD ans mana changes for Corki hit his current popular build of Tri Force and Manamune/Muramana build more.


Lower base AD = weaker triforce procs. Lower overall mana = weaker muramana procs/conversion. It might push Corki into building essence reaver, but who knows. He's mainly played for his early/mid game than his late game. So the change looks to mainly keep him good early and weaker late.

Corki nerfs are specifically to target Triforce and Manamune while also weakening Collector first. Essence Reaver should be the go to item
