Nilah E change actually took away skill expression at higher levels. You can no longer buffer it to negate displacement abilities like Rocket Jump.

The Karthus picks absolutely irritate me because every Karthus Jungle in Bronze is absolutely terrible. Good clears yes. But absolutely braindead 95% of the time

There's a bug on Elise currently. If you cast E beyond max range, rather than using cocoon right away, she'll try to walk until she's in range, then cast it.

I really dont think mundo has dropped out of S tier, he still feels like pick or ban in lower elos

I have no idea, how these guys rate champs, but before Q change, riven had all across all ranks like 49, 5% and smaller pick/ban rate and you get her A tier, which is ok. However now she has at platinum lvl 51% win rate and in dia+ 52% win rate, also her pick and ban rate are higher and you say that her change is nothing serious so you dont need move her higher. She is stronger than 1/3 of your listed S tiers right now. Dont take me wrong, I dont hate this tier list, but im curious, how you rank it.

The mordekaiser nerfs havent effected the characters performance much at all. He just gets 10% less isolation damage on his Q. Hes still the same perma poking ungankable broken duelist that can 1v1 anyone even when behind that he was before. Should stay in S tier

I think aphel should be A tier, legit he can 1 shot ADCs from 800+ units away with his sniper gun late game, if you make it to late game, which you almost always will, then you will get multiple picks each fight with just aphel.

I agree nasus currently giga broken for no reason ty riot. No matter how u deny him stacks, how u stomp him early, and how as low stack he gets in 15 or 20 mins, he still beat u like wtf.
He has broken sustain, very tanky, decent early.... how can u beat that guy?

So why is Yone not OP tier? Is it just because of his dire win rate? Are players other than pros just not good enough at him to make him op? A champion is is strong enough to purely blind in most elos, has great engage, can easily reach backline, has good waveclear with his build, and ludicrous damage.
