How to Change Default Email on iPhone to Gmail

iPhone and iPads with iOS 14 or later allow you to change your default mail app.  Before this update, you had to use Apple Mail as your default mail app.
Now, you can use Gmail and other email providers.

Just make sure you have the Gmail app installed before changing the default mail app on iPhone or iPad.

All you have to do is go to settings on iPhone or iPad and scroll all the way down until you find Gmail in the app section.
Click Gmail and you'll see an option for changing your default mail app.
