Same here PotatoMilkshake. After I type in Windows defender and hit enter its says nothing about windows defender on the left and on the right a whole list of things that say under them- No actions needed! For instance-Virus and threat protection-under it, it says-No actions needed. The same with Account protection-No actions needed. There are four others that say-No actions needed under them. Please help! Thank you.
