Looks great! Personally I think once you add meat to a grilled cheese, it is no longer a grilled cheese. Onions? Sure. Tomatoes? Maybe. Garlic? Why not. Mushrooms? Definitely. But as soon as you add meat you're making a melt, not a grilled cheese. Looks great though.
