Seems like a more accurate variation of your _"Chilled Greese"_ hence the grease. This is the ninth request for the *"pure forged grilled cheese"* where you make the ingredients from scratch

Just looking at this, and I can make adjustments for it to be midly better.
1: Toast the bread.
2: Melt chez between the bread.
3: Remove chez bread and add more chez to pan.
4: Immediately return the chez bread to the pan on top of the new chez.
5: Wait 15-20 seconds, then begin to lift the melted chez around the chez bread.
Continue until chez bread is covered. Let sit for 1 minute, then enjoy.

Ever done an inside AND out grilled cheese? Make a standard grilled cheese, but while the 2nd side is toasting you put cheese on top of the sandwich, throw a lid on to let it melt, then flip it to get the cheese crispy. Repeat this for the second side, and you have crispy cheese on the outside and gooey cheese on the inside! The bread soaks up some of the extra grease, so it not as greasy on your hands as the one in this video.

The greasier the better Man!! I think adding something between the bread slices would be fun. Such as meats or bacon/tomato then encased in the cheese would be the bomb.

As a fan of the flavors you described, I would make sure to add cheese between the bread as well for maximum cheese.

I would recommend putting some Guacamole, Sireacha, some cheese thingy (You know it better my cheddar buddy), some origano, and some egg (mashed) in between 😅

The best way to do it is to just make a normal grilled cheese and before each flip, sprinke some cheese around the perimeter of the bread until it fries up a bit. You have that cheese crust just around the edge and it doesn't get super oily.

Seems to me that it would be that much better by putting something between the pieces of bread, be it cheese, meat, veggies, etc. I've accidentally made this before, it's yummy!

What about folding it back around afterwards? So the bread is on the outside again, but the center is a cheese crisp.

I do something like this when making grilled cheeses, I'll spray the pan, sprinkle on a little bit of cheese, once the cheese is melted, i place the bread on, and make the grilled cheese like normal, the cheese on the outside of the bread gets crispy and adds a little extra texture to the grilled cheese

I think it would be better to put that type of cheese in a grilled cheese with a thin layer of cheese (very thin) on top of the grilled cheese ( the text after this isn’t part of the idea). also you should cheese the cheese with cheese and cheese and also cheese and cheese, btw did I mention to cheese the cheese also with cheese for the extra cheese’s cheese of cheese?
