In case of a cell for single az. Each cell depends of 2 services (elasticache and ecs). My architecture was designed with 2 cells in 2 zones (cell 1 zone a, cell 2 zone b). Lets put an example: if ecs on zone a is down, and elasticache is down in zone b, how can i deliver reliability?
