From what I saw (within the first 10 seconds), the player in the white is literally putting her elbow and body weight on the other girl's back and to break free, the player in the black elbows her which in turn results in the player in the white throwing a little slap or what have you to the face. Anywho, this is why women's volleyball will always be my forever sport!
