I used to watch this on repeat after an incredibly hard break up with a ex who coldly left me. Now I watch because these videos are a great reminder of how to value yourself- break up or not. And they are a reminder of self control and the need for strength and dignity. If a person is meant for you and you are wholeheartedly working on yourself in the relationship to show up and have equal give and take with solid boundaries and strength. and you know you showed up in the best way and treated your partner respectfully. And they did something like left you randomly without voicing things bothering them, or maybe they have been cheating the whole time or wanted to see if the grass is greener. Then this person isn’t someone you would ever want to be with anyways. Let them go. Let them make that decision. But if it changes and they want reconciliation and you have seen their true colors, it just might be too late.

It’s been almost a month and a half since we broke up and since I started no contact, Coach Lee’s videos helped me feel better and get to the point where I don’t want my ex back even if he reached out. Things do get better but it starts with realizing your own self-worth!

Coach Lee, this is the best video I have seen from you so far! When you said "I ONLY want to be with someone who wants to be with me, NOT someone who would walk away" it was like someone turning on a light in a dark room. Suddenly I saw my situation completely differently - I was no longer the"flawed individual" he rejected, suddenly I was a person who knew my value! And anyone who doesn't see my value is not welcome in my life. THANK YOU for your wisdom... My whole perspective has changed! THIS STATEMENT will be my rallying cry going forward!!

even if you get them back imagine the trust issue you will face with them you will be constantly anxious and in constant state of worry and you will end up or they will end up sabotaging everything and you will go through it again and again
