Basketball is better than other sports because you can truly see a player take over unlike any other sport. In basketball, the team is important but individual performance is also important. There are also way more aspects to basketball that a player can do like dribbling, shooting 3s, shooting off the ball, pick and roll situations, fast breaks, etc. which make the sport way more exciting than any other sport

Max is not wrong. The biggest benefit of basketball is you can be playing, by yourself, and kids or friends can join in and a game can break out. You don't have that option with football or baseball, or even soccer. basketball is easy to start and is a much more flexible game to build locally. fewer injuries, great aerobically, inexpensive, doesn't take much space, like the other sports. Very, very few downsides, and you can see your progress easily.

It’s so annoying when Max starts talking about Football(soccer). I understand him talking about Football(NFL) and baseball because he has grew up watching them. But when he talks about Football, he is clueless. It’s like me, as an Englishmen, talking about Ice hockey. Yeah it’s good and I’ve been to games live and enjoyed it but the quality is so much worst in England than it is in Canada or North America. It is the exact same in this case.
