In football you have to not only be able to accelerate fast to make a run, you also have to have endurance as the games have 45 minute halves with no scheduled breaks during (obviously there are fouls but its not planned) so players can run like 10km throughout a game while they're constantly sprinting for offensive and defensive opportunities. You have to have strength to hold on to the ball while being pressured by other players but also phenomenal balance in order to turn quickly and rapidly change directions without losing your footing, you have to have amazing coordination with your feet in order to shoot accurately as if your foot hits the ball 1cm off where you want it, its going wide. You have to be able to dribble fast and keep the ball from defenders attacking you while also having the vision to see all the players on the field that are open and what opportunities are there. I mean I could go on forever, don't even get me started on how hard it is to be a goalkeeper.

As Cruyff said, playing football is simple, but playing simple football is tough. It may seem basic/it is easy to just play but it has so many intricacies that playing well just boggles your mind. The game has evolved immensely in the past century so that adds to it as well.

Controlling a ball with your feet is way harder than doing the same with your hands, which already makes Football way harder than most sports.

One of my friend is black belt in taekwondo but he told me in real street fight never mess with a football player unless you are very good and super speedy because the stamina and agility of a football player is unmatchable so Dana need to respect every sport

I have barely watch football

But i can say that football is one the of the sports that require immense amounts of talent

The abilty to run for 45 minutes straight, dribbling, shooting its just so intense
