If you don't have that option open, it means your notebook is not supported.
But if you have that option press it 1 time and it will let you restart your computer.

I just realized that this doesn't work with all Lenovo notebooks.

Everyone just says go to privacy settings and click on, BUT I DON’T Have privacy settings!!

Guys If nothing has worked for you make sure to turn off desktop capture!! This is what fixed it for me. Hope this helps.
