Went through a lot of zipper vids to find one actually showing how to remove the top zipper stopper. I thought I'd have to buy a special zipper pincer tool from Amazon to pull it off. My $250 North Face jacket's slider got lost, and I wanted to replace it with the slider on an older North Face jacket. Incredibly North Face with not just mail me a slider, no matter how much I beg. You have to go through a long warranty application and repair process, which ultimately ends with mailing them the jacket and being without it for about a month. I hope I can get that top stopper off as easily as you did!

Amazing! Simple, to the point, and extremely helpful. Just repaired an expensive leather jacket with a double zipper pull. The teeth got misaligned when zipped, and wouldn’t allow unzipping. Had to take jacket off like a sweatshirt (George Castanza style 😂). This showed me enough to know how to remove the two pulls, and reassemble them correctly (paid close attention to the orientation of both pulls that came off!). Everything is back to normal now. About a half hour job, zero cost. Thank you!!! 😉
