Do you feel better with a high fiber diet, worse, or it doesn't really impact you?

Doctors have been trying to put my mom on statins for years. So has always refused.
She turned 96 yesterday and is on ZERO medications.
She also beat Covid19 with no vaccines.

Great discussion. As a fellow Ontarian, I am sad to say I have given up on doctors.
On another note - Years ago, when my wife and I decided to grow veg, we had a good harvest the first year. As the years went on, the harvest got worse and quality of plant growth showed us we were doing something wrong. We were not fertilizing the soil nearly enough to replenish what we were taking. It wasn't enough to compost plant stock and food scraps. We absolutely needed to add in manure. It was a lesson on the importance of ruminant animals and what they provide for humans.

I was raised vegetarian (over 30 years). I got IBS when I was 18. It's been a long 10 year journey of trying to heal from that, even trying vegan/gluten-free for a couple years. I was so desperate last year, that I switched to being carnivore. Very gross at first to eat meat, but after the first week, I was sold on the diet. No bloating, no diarrhea, no gas, my IBS literally disappeared overnight. I lost weight, gained energy, started feeling warm (I was always cold), my keratosis started going away, etc. I can't believe the solution was this simple!

You’re brave having Zoe on you’re channel . You brought up an important point - it was thru having an open discussion with another practitioner, sharing opposite views on dietary health that need to be allowed and uncensored . Ministry of Health needs to acknowledge censorship is not the answer

My new wife moved me off meat. I got fat, felt crap. We fell out as she believes "meat is murder". I left her and am healthy again. Simple story.

I went carnivore 14 weeks ago with no fiber anymore. At seven weeks is when I realized hemorrhoids were gone.

Regenerative farming is growing in popularity and also smaller farms are starting to increase. I am a small scale farmer. Right now I am raising goats. Looking to expand in the future. So nice to hear from such an intelligent and logical person!

I was in the vegan cult for 6 and 1/2 years. They recommend 100 g of fiber a day. The food you eat has to be digestible, absorbable and usable. I agree with the fiber. It is not digestible, absorbable or usable. Why put that strain on your digestive system to get rid of it? They'll always try to quote the study that says that people that eat fiber live longer. I switch to carnivore 17 months now and I don't have no problems going to the bathroom

What a marvelous conversation! I discovered Zoe during quarantine 2020-2022, when I started a keto eating strategy. What an eye-opener her videos were. This video has been such a pleasure to hear. I’m 71, no meds (which drives Kaiser nuts), slim without the belly fat that infuriated me for so many years, and full of energy. Zoe has been a large part of my journey to great health. ❤

FANTASTIC INTERVIEW!!! Loved her in depth knowledge & her experience/understanding of the body.
Please have her on again to dispute other so-called 'Research Papers'. This is a woman of wisdom.

My 93 year old mother who has type 2T diabetes has been following the advise of her doctor for 15 years. She began on the recommended diet by diabetes Australia. She has now “progressed” to daily insulin injections.

Ex-vegetarian here (for almost 10 years). One year in on animal-based foods and bloating, stomach pains and hunger/cravings are gone... I tried to convince myself that constant bloating was normal... Now I know it's of the best interviews I've seen on ecology and health. What I like the most is them trying to answer the question who's profiting from the green agenda and all those narratives. There's always money behind everything - cholesterol, veganism, cancer, global warming etc etc.. Thank you for this brilliant interview

My Grandmother who lived to be 99 years and 6 months use to say
"If you weren't feeling bad when you went to see the Doctor, you are after the appointment"

Been a long term follower and subscriber to Zoe’s website, which I thoroughly recommend. Zoe is a rare and precious scientist. She has a forensic ability to dissect studies and identify the (often) many flaws. For one individual, she has been very influential in defending science sense…….

15 years ago I had an Alberta doctor tell me I was going to have a heart attack and die if I didn't lower my cholesterol. It was 5. She put me on crestor, I had such bad leg cramps I couldn't take it.
The next doctor said I didn't need statins but to eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water. That plugged me up so bad.
I really appreciate this video and how you both are not following the norm.
