Thank you for this video. Just a couple of questions:

1) I have mailed the tax refund form with the original receipt and customs stamp (i physically obtained a stamp because there was no machine) before departing Belgium on the 30th of December. Is it normal to have not received the refund on my credit card yet? You mentioned that yours was received after 3 weeks. Did any of your tax refund take longer?

2) I have another purchase that didn’t have the original receipt so customs didn’t give me a stamp for that and they told me I won’t get a refund for it, which I understood. Did I need to mail the tax refund form to Global Blue? I did not mail it since I don’t have the customs stamp and the original receipt for that other purchase, hence they will not process the refund anyway.
