i need help, i’m 24 years old and i’m a part time college student and i work part time at 2 jobs. i pay all of my bills on my own except for insurance. i pay my car payments and give my mom and dad about $500 if not more, every month. my mom is trying to claim me on taxes but i told her no. i still live at home, but again, i pay all of my bills and give them money every month. can i file as independent? because she’s trying to claim me and school which isn’t right? i just need help

my parents say they have me as a dependent, but I don't meet any of these requirements because i'm 23 and not in college. I wasn't in college in 2018, either. I applied for the economic relief just to see if I could get the money, would I still be eligible?
