If anything your going to burn the starter out. You should wait at least 30 sec or 1 min in-between starts.  And with your foot to the floor, start for 7 secs then slowly let off the gas pedal. You don't need to take the fuel pump fuse out because the peddle to the ground does that for you. It shuts the fuel off.

If u’re a manual trans, try push starting. Have a buddy help u push the car up to 3-5mph, key on ign, hold clutch and gear 2, release clutch when u’re up to speed

Hello, my rx8 won't start and it make the same noise as yours. Deflooded 10 times with new sparkplug but no, it won't start. Did you really just change the coils ? And what happened to your RX8 to be flooded ?
