From delicate finishes to detailed fretwork, genuine Fender replacement necks and bodies are painstakingly crafted at the same manufacturing facilities and to the same specifications as those used for production instruments. In this Fender University clip, John Dreyer and R&D guitar development director Chris Fleming explain why Fender's U.S.- and Mexican-made necks and bodies are indispensable for preserving the authenticity of Fender instruments.

$200 for a 22-fret neck that feels perfect is a huge steal. Fit both my MIM bodies fine. Thanks Fender, I bought a maple and rosewood! Now make them in ebony and also 22-fret Floyd Rose nut necks!

Super excited to hear about this but there's no "midnight blue" (purple) strat bodies

Please Fender make a 70's headstock neck!
And you should really start selling these necks with 6105 frets.

How do u learn to read the information that is written on the neck pocket of the body? I would love to be able to understand that & also the info on the neck heel? I remember pulling my neck on my 2020 Am Pro Tele & being so confused & wishing I could understand these things. Also I remember seeing this long green sticker on the bottom of my neck heel. Yes it is a thin sticker, but anything inside that neck pocket. Especially when Fenders already have that ramping up feature where the neck meets the body. Which becomes increasingly apparent when you throw on some bigger strings than the 9's they are shipped with can become a big problem that needs to be addressed by an experienced setup tech.

I have a question...I really like those "Channel Bound" necks but why are they only 21 frets?  There is no 22 fret version??

the next thing they need to offer is the choice between vintage and modern tuner fitting holes...i personally hate the modern tuners, even locking ones. i like the look of the vintage top loading ones more, and i have never had an issue with them

Being the same guitar, the neck and string length might be the same, and the fret distance identical to the 21, but with an overhang on the fretboard to make room for an extra fret.

Can you tell us how many left handed necks and bodies you offer? Going through your website I see that you've thrown lefties under the bus. Is it the same here with your parts?

Any plans to offer new colors? I would like to buy a MIM body but already have 2 CAR strats, black isn't my thing and I have heard that the 3TS has a veneer top. Even a simple olympic white like the MIA bodies you have would be fine.

Also a maple/rosewood strat neck with a V contour and compound radius would be sweet, the only v contour neck I saw on the page was a maple/maple one, and I already have that covered with my deluxe.

Does anyone know what the handwritten R in the routed pickup cavity is from? I have the same thing on my Strat neck.

I have been a Strat player for over 20 years, my saying re: Guitars was. Fender Stratocaster my weapon of choice, I have a Spinal injury to my Neck and left arm, makes it hard to play, I tried a friends new Elite the Neck shape made playing so much easier I contacted my Local Fender dealer here in Melbourne Australia to get a quote for an Elite Neck $1300.00 Au, I was not just disappointed I Was furious, even with the exchange rate the price was outrageous, yes you can buy replacement parts But the average person CANNOT AFFORD THEM, I sure the Genius that was Leo Fender would even be disgusted, shame on you Fender, greedy Corporate arrogance!!!
