Great jugs! Just FYI the inside lining of the yellow red and blue cans are the same so can use the blue for gasoline etc.

will a siphon hose fit inside the can or has it be blocked to prevent that?

The collar on my spout does not slide or move at all. Also, there is a screw in the end of the spout. I must be misunderstanding something.
