I've heard the sound he makes and I assumed it was the CD, but never actually saw him during my playthrough. nice.

I noticed this too. It took me a couple of replays of the level in order figure out that was the cyberdemon since he’d always be off camera in order for me to get a good look at him. Definitely one of my favorite moments
