How to toggle Google photos backup and sync options

We are gonna back up our Google Photos. So select Google Photos. Select the avatar in the top right hand corner and select turn on backup, select your quality and then confirm and to turn it off. You're going to select photo settings, select back up and sync, and then toggle the back up and sync off. And that is it my brothers and sisters later.

How the hell am I not getting the 'Back & sync settings' on my end? Just need to back up my camera photos and its uploading more than 10K photos from all the folders on my phone (all folders are turn off btw, however, it does not stop the damn uploading) - Any help!?
