As a woman, I actually really agree with this. If it is in her power to help out and she doesn’t, she is entitled. That being said,
1) don’t ask for something you know she can’t do
2) don’t do this on a first date
3) if she has a legitimate (in your opinion) excuse as to why she can’t, try again another time.

This doesn’t work flawlessly for all women though. Some women (especially thai women) can be extremely energetic and subserviant the first year or two years but then totally collapse into the laziest golddiggers you can imagine.
