The Pompa Program has been instrumental in helping me to make dietary changes to effect change to my healing. Through a fantastic comprehensive coaching program the education is incredible. It’s easier to make adjustments when you understand why and apply it. I wouldn’t agree that it is a box program. It’s many months long and something in the end you can continue with and also help others recognize changes they can also implement. Love all the informative videos! I highly recommend the Pompa Program that Is Dr. Pompa’s legacy driven by a need for better solutions for health issues.
