Escaping Resentment

Resentment is a poison that erodes even the best relationships.

Unmet needs over a period of time wear the relationship down. A complaint I often hear from men is their needs aren’t met, but when I ask them if they’ve asked for their needs, they also tell me no.

I know it may seem like a foreign concept to a lot of men because society hasn’t taught you that your needs matter, but they do. And they are essential to having a healthy relationship.
