i got two atk% silverguard boots while farming for seele, and both of them had crit rate/crit dmg substats

GAME LOGIC = 1 wish = 3 star light cone that is never gonna get used ever = little bit of exp that doesn't count. So most of the wishes are just 3 star lightcone wastes. 95 percent wishes = little bit of exp thats it. Imagine pouring in money just for exp lol. 1 blue light cone gives 500 exp so 12 of blues equal 1 purple refined ether. So pour money in game to just skip some numbers

and then when i roll it rolled twice into speed
