Guys it's not all about the crit value of artifacts, not all emblem characters need the max crit value, for example, xiang ling needs more em for vape comp followed by atk then only crit, so don't throw away artifacts with rolls in atk em and crit, use genshin optimizer and determine the best artifacts
Another example is Raiden, she needs ER and atk more than crit (depends on if you have engulfing)

I have a 27% cdmg sub stat cr circlet but back then when I got it, I didn't know main stat can't be substat so I thought "yea no double crit but it's alright" 😂 good thing I didn't delete it

I too have have a circlet like that except that it is at 28% CD. Almost close to have a circlet whose substats became the main stat.

I have a circlet that actually rolled the last one (also emblem) with 33 cdmg and critrate main stat i use it on yelan since it has hp substats and on set

My highest crit dmg substat on a crit rate circlet is around 15. I would cry if I get anything like this especially I only ever had 1 crit circle for severed fate.

I've been playing this game since the first klee banner and my best circlet still has 21% crit value with flat substats lmao

I don't know how Genshin does it. From my two friends who play genshin, I have the worst luck in pulling characters. But for artifacts I have more god pieces then both of their pieces combined

This is the exact thing that happened to me. I got a circlet on VV with crit rate and it all rolled into crit dmg except for the last one where it rolled flat atk.

and I couldn't be more satisfied
