i was farming on the Def set for some upgrades for my Noelle, and i got an EM sands there, 4 lines, double crit, i rolled it just because i had an trash artifact on 20 i used as food for this EM one, and boy oh boy, it rooled almost all in crits, now i have an EM sands with around 39.8 CV i could use on my Diluc or my Cyno, but the problem is, to use it i would need an on set goblet for either of them XD

EM is better on hu Tao. Hp% can be made up with hydro resonance and substats.
