Boba Fett's BLACK SUIT Explained (CANON)

This black suit is definitely a cool look for Boba. I hope we get to see some version of this in the Book of Boba Fett show, maybe to disguise himself or to be more stealthy. Today, let's begin a new comic series in canon, from the beginning of the run, Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters PRELUDE.

Boba is delivering Han Solo to Jabba, however Lucasfilm has created some stories that don't lead to the easiest delivery for Boba.
Han Solo's carbonite freezing cell was breaking down, so Boba pulled over on Nar Shadaa and saw a friend to help him out.
In order for his friend to help, he needed to pay...however Boba didn't have the payment...so...he needed to do a quest for Ragon.
Boba would need to eliminate enemies of Ragon in a gladiator style arena tournament.

Boba does look amazing and taking the Jango name was nice. The art has really been good in War of the Bounty Hunters.

I only know his armour was originally white on the drawing board. Funny he has black armour instead in Canon.

The black suit would definitely help explain why his armor was different colors between ESB and ROTJ. Unfortunately, it doesn't explain why he had virtually the same ROTJ in the SE-ANH.
