Boba Fett and Jango Fett: Their Complicated History as Mandalorians

The Fetts and their status as Mandalorians has been up for debate for about a decade. The most recent episode of The Mandalorian seems to have given us a final verdict, but I thought it would be fun to discuss the ups and down over the past forty years.

Crossing over fandoms, I assumed that Almec’s views were more of a Muggle/“mudblood” vs. “pure blood” mentality; if you’re not born there, you’re not a true Mandalorian.

Jango was always Mandalorian. There was too much evidence pointing to it even after Disney deleted the EU. I always knew he was and I'm happy to finally have confirmation.

This whole Fett identity crisis thing is really a shame as if I remember correctly, this was what caused Karen Traviss to stop writing the Commando series.
