3 - Move 3D Cursor, and then, move Origin to 3D Cursor

amazingly explained.
Can u please make tutorials [ including explaination ] of creation of furnitures along with their parts [example table with nuts n bolts] and animation of it also
means animation be like table and its parts coming out from its case one by one [example 5 parts of it coming out separately with their names] and then, assembling each part [example nuts and bolts going inside the holes of the table]
in short, modeling of table and its parts,
animation of assembling it
flashing the names of each part.
Note:- solid works can do this but it creates in 120Mbs, 200mbs, but i want to create in 5mbs only. also solid works has drawbacks but blender doesnot, i have to do coding in unity engine also hence blender animation is much great.
