What is Policy-based Routing ?

As the name Indicates, it does routing based on the policy that user creates.

Policy based routing over-writes the normal IP routing.

Policy Based routing, by default will be applied only to the incoming traffic and not to the locally originated traffic.

Steps to be followed to configure PBR:
1. Reachable --- Destination Reachable

2. ACL -- SRC , DST

3. Route-MAP -- ACL , NEXT-HOP

4. Interface -- IN

5. local policy enable
