Are there any parameters you can set that trigger the traffic flow from one internet connection to the other? Reason I ask is because our internet keeps switching back and forth as if our fiber connection is bad... It swaps hundreds of times a day sometimes, so it seems like it is too sensitive, or our internet is just really bad and Fortigate sees it as no connection.

when secondary link will be down then user should be down so how can client get internet ? is there any way automatically client will get internet from primary link ?
