This is normal sound for it, it means its working properly

Pump was factory bad, just take back to suplier and change for another one 😃

Solution? I have the same problem. I have already replaced it with a used fuel pump, but nothing.

what pump is this? i bought brand new pirburg pump (for e39 30d) and it is louder than the bad one i replaced it with.. also i am only getting 3.5 bar of fuel pressure at the fuel filter and it supposed to be 4 bar atleast..
