I focused on the install and moisturizing during the protective style then ripped it all out on the take down. Aftering watching that video I've been so much more gentle with how I take care of my hair in general and it has grown so much in one year. So I encourage you all to be gentle and with your hair. Also please finger detangle before washing your hair .... This is beneficial.
