This is the best method been doing “braid outs” (what this is called) on my hair since 2019 and my hair has grown past bra strap I also have 4c natural tight curls, make sure yall moisturize often everyone at least once a week depending on hair type and porosity
You can skip the hair dryer part since too much heat is dangerousl
