ANOTHER reason i tell people they can eat LITERALLY WHATEVER THEY WANT if they stay lean and in a deficit - not just for looks, or for athletic performance. FOR HEALTH.

Can be dangerous too. If you shed a lot of fat fast, all these stored chemicals will end up in your blood in high concentrations..

Depending on the type, it might cause illness. (Cancers etc)

Greg I've been following your fitness programs for over 5 years bought multiple programs and I love them, but this is bad advice.

Toxins store in fat yes. but this doesn't mean that by being really lean your body won't be storing these toxins any more. When exposed to toxins your body still needs to deal with these chemicals/toxins. Your body will still need to store them, but now instead of storing it safely it will store it in other high fat places like your organs, brain etc which is wayyy more damaging for your health.. I understand that being lean is more visually appealing, but whats being said in this video is completely wrong and an invalid reason for being lean. I suggest everyone to research Aajonus Vonderplanitz to understand what real health is
