I’ll be staying on Get more. With my loyalty discount I pay $62 a month with all the perks that plan gives.

Keeping 5G Get More is still the best option.

I’ve never thought I’d see the day where Verizon offers international data and calling. It’s a step in the right direction but prices need to be lowered. In terms of plan features this is definitely an uncarrier move. But not in terms of price. If they purposely lowered it to say $80-$85 they could lure back T-Mobile customers. But also them including taxes and fees would be a game changer. But I doubt they will ever do that

Im not changing any of my stuff to the new plans mobile or home. Anyone think they want people to move to mvno so they have to do customer service and not them

Great video Sneed! Just to confirm about the free data in Canada and Mexico. With Verizon you get 2G of high speed data a day in Canada and Mexico. After the 2G of usage a day it gets reduced to 3G speeds.

The phone trade in option needs to be more specific like how T-Mobile offers a new phone each year. I wouldn’t switch to a plan that says you’ll get our best trade in deal (whatever that may be).

Do you know what hotspot speed is after you go over the limit and are on ultra wideband. My plan now as long as I'm on ultra wideband my hotspot is full speed no data cap after I hit my limit of 30 gigs

Unlimited Ultimate just adds things that don't matter to most consumers. The extra 30Gb of hotspot is nice but if you were someone that needed hotspot you would just get the $10 add on for the unlimited plus plan and get 100Gb of hotspot instead. The international coverage with the unlimited talk and text can be good but there is very small portion of US consumers who travel and of the ones that do a large portion are doing it for work not personal use. Plus we live in a world where things like WhatsApp exist.

Verizon is missing the point hard about what people want to see. Their are three kinds of consume. The price conscious who only want a low bill, the value oriented, and the premium customer. The price conscious customer will happily take unlimited Welcome, the value oriented customer would look at Unlimited Plus but the problem with it is that its a worse value then the old Verizon plans and compared to T-Mobile offerings. The premium plan is ok, but most people would rather have better network access, better video, or device deals that are better.

Hotpsot is a low priority item for a lot of people and international is only important for Canada and Mexico for the most part

I have “The new verizon plan unlimited” old plan. I have 7 lines and pay $48 per line. Recently like 2 years ago we stopped getting upgrade offers and now thinking to switch plans or is it better just switch carriers?

I know this is an old video but was wanting to know your thoughts, if you're able to respond?
Would you switch from Verizon's Legacy Unlimited Talk/Text/Data Plan to the Unlimited Plus plan? (pricing is relatively in the same ballpark)
Given in the scenario that you almost never use HotSpot and you don't travel outside the country but every few year?

The welcome plan is ideal for flip phone users that are part of a family plan. The Plus plan is fine for the non-travelers of the family and the Ultimate is fine for the travelers of the family. That is the beauty of mix and match. The Disney+ perk can be shared which makes it an excellent perk for $10.

Get more plan is no comparison to any of this new my plan garbage!

The legacy Do More plan also has 600GB of cloud storage for the same price as the Unlimited Price. Verizon does not do the right thing for their long time customers.

Kids can be on the welcome plan. It’s not a bad plan if you want unlimited high speed data if you don’t live in a congested area

Agree with you, Verizon does not know what they are doing. Plans are ridiculously high and who needs some of them. Sad.
