I've been making thumbnails and titles before the videos for a few months now. They turn out so much better!

It depends on the niche. For anything that requires someone to make something first such as art, sculpting, crafts, cooking, or etc. You cannot make the thumbnail first because you need to record the process to create it and use it in the thumbnail.

In my niche case, I can't make a thumbnail before filming so I only Make the title first and Make an thumbnail outline only. 😇

YouTube used to translate all comments and their replies, but it suddenly stopped, altogether. Now, it SOMETIMES translates the comments, but NEVER the replies. My phone and I alway have problems after they "update" my phone!🙄😂 YouTube isn't as fun, anymore. Does anyone else have this problem and how did you resolve it?
