Homemade Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe | How to make Moist Chocolate Cake?

(Ingredients)
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
2 cups - Milk
3/4 cup - Sugar
1/2 cup - Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp - All purpose Flour
80 g - Salted Butter

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE:
2 cups - All purpose Flour
2/3 cup - Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups - Sugar
1 tsp - Salt
2 tsp - Baking Powder
2 tsp - Baking Soda
1 cup - Milk
1/2 cup - Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp - Vanilla Extract
4 pcs - Eggs
1 cup - Boiling Water
2 tsp - Coffee
1 1/2 tbsp - White Vinegar

(Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes)

Gorgeous cake!❤️ I am going to try baking it. Not to mention It looks so easy and the ingredients are accessible. But is it alright to exclude the white vinegar because I don't have it and I don't have money to buy it. I hope the cake will taste just as good even with one ingredient missing and will it be okay if I use cake pans instead of a sheet tray.
