How To REALLY Use Brushes in Krita: The Solids-to-Shapes Method

After watching this video, you'll have more confidence on what your brushes are really capable of (even with just the default ones)

I know beginners tend to ask a lot of questions on which brushes a particular artist use and think that having the same brushes can make them a better artist. Well I'm here to explain that you actually just need a few versatile brushes and it actually depends more on how you use them rather than having that "perfect brush" for that specific part of your painting.

One thing I also see artists do a lot is work with the lasso to quickly create shapes, then paint inside them with textured brushes.
