How can I use wildcard search with a folder name? "folderkeyword\ filekeyword" only works if the whole word is in the filename, but "parti*\ filekeyword" doesn't return any results for files named "filekeyword" in a folder named "partial"

I am not getting "Open with IDLE" option in context menu of windows explorer. I used to get it on my old computer which had Python 3.7.1 but in my new PC, I installed Python 3.9.7 and it does not have that option altough IDLE is installed in my system. Why?
