Find and remove duplicate files in windows 10 without installing software

In this video, I'll show you how you can find and remove duplicate files using a lightweight freeware called SearchMyFiles. This freeware runs without having to download anything to your computer. You can even keep it in your USB thumb drive and run the program from there.

Hey, I just cleand up every single duplicate file on my computer following your instructions. Worked like magic. No issues. Guys, just watch out when down loading the software. Make sure to follow Andy's down load instructions carefully in the beginning because I had a whole bunch of ther other companies offering download link of this software. Don't go for that. Another tip, if you have very large folders, mine were over 900 gb, then the searchmyfiles search at times seems like it is completed but keep an eye on the percentage calculator on the bottom left of your screen. Sometimes it stops but then picks up. Amazing software. I cleaned up roughly about 45 gb of duplicate files within an hour, going through all my folders. And I had no issues with the interface. It was easy and got the job done!!! Great video!! Thank you!!!

Thanks for the easy explanation and demonstration. I have gotten to the point of breaking down the duplicates into their groups, but have been cautious to delete. So, I wanted to be safe because I'm working with an external hard drive with 32, 000 files, and more than just duplicates. Most are mp3s with some having up to 8 copies. Just want to confirm my next action with the expert. Thanks for your time and help
