In this video I give the project Kyosho Ultima it's first test run before I tidy up the wiring and fit the body. Even on the 20 year old NiCd battery, I'm pretty happy with the way it runs. The servo is very slow and doesn't return to centre properly, so it will need replacing at a later date. Now I will move onto Part 3 of the build video, where I show the body painting and add decals, coming soon...

That's a fantastic job you did building this kyosho. It's very fast, can't wait to see it with a Lipo. I'm going to have to get a Kyosho. They look great and seem to go very quick. Nice work mate.

Just bought a Ultima ST ep totally original from the original owner of it.
Still got the mechanical speed controller :)
Can't wait to do it up.
