2: Team Tiayo needed more screen time

Great duel and so different from most of the others.
But in all fairness even if they’d won Taiyou wouldn’t have gone any further:

Much fun as this Duel was, I still feel like Taiyo got cheated. They had nothing and got stacked against the literal protags, not to mention the lead character.

Zushin would have been a perfect counter for the Meklords, since Taiyo doesn't appear to have any Synchro monsters.

Team Taiyo had done the impossible summon and the epic moment is they beat Crow and Jack, they earned respect

Team Taiyo's deck was legitimately much worse than Duelist Kingdom Joey's. It is easily the single worst deck we've seen in the anime.

What they managed to do was beyond impressive.
