Why I use Todoist?
Todoist has been my choice as a To-do task and project management app for a long time. It is an amazing #Productivity tool and I've been at it for many years now.
I use a combination of deadlines, priority and labels to organize my tasks into days and weeks. It helps me immensely in keeping my life under control and not over-do. My strategy is based on simple principles:
1. When I need to get on to a task
2. How long it would take for me to do it - 5 mins? 30 mins? 60 mins?
3. Where would I want to do the task - on phone or on computer
4. What's the priority?
And the only thing I keep in mind is to make adding tasks a habit. Every time i have a To Do occur to me, no matter where I am, I take my phone out, open Todoist and add a task. Todoist offers multiple ways of adding a task and I've covered that in my first video about Todoist.
I had tried Evernote, Notion, Google Keep, Microsoft To Do, Simpan and Bundled - but most were either too feature loaded or too less. Todoist struck the perfect balance of features and easy of access, usability and price.
Todoist is a great alternative app to try and is free to use. You can install it on your android or iOS phone, PC or macbook, Outlook or Gmail and constantly access it simultaneously across all these platforms.

The new Todoist Free plan unlocks a ton of previously-Premium features including:
300 active tasks per project(up from 150)
File uploads(up to 5 MB)
