The Saiyan Form That NEVER Existed

In the DBZ anime, Goku used what appeared to be a new type of Super Saiyan form. Except, it's not a form... it's a mistake.

I just headcanon this as being the same thing he did in Lord Slug, but more refined. I call it Pseudo Super Saiyan, and assume it's only like a 20-25x multiplier

In broly there is a reference to it, while vegeta fights broly, Vegeta is surrounded by the super Saiyajin aura for a while and then goes super Saiyajin

This would’ve been a really cool perfect false super saiyan form. Where a saiyan who’s to weak to go super but has all other requirements can train to achieve this.

However, vegeta does something similar in the broly movie. When broly starts fighting better, vegeta has a golden glow, overwhelms broly, then turns ssj.

I always liked this change. Since he only tussled with the Ginyu’s here it makes more sense. Going ssj for them is just over the top. Would’ve been a little iffy if actually fought Cell

Fun fact when frieza and goku are taking jiren out of the t.o.p you can see his hair flashing between yellow and black i like to think its a nod at this error
